Growing Strong Workshops

CrossFit Humanity’s Growing Strong Workshops are a great way to get targeted coaching on the skills you need.
These one day (3 hours) workshops will cover powerlifting, weightlifting, yoga, mobility, CrossFit basics (work on those muscle-ups!) and more.
Each event will combine hands-on coaching, q&a, and a little bit of lecture. You’ll work on technique and efficiency in your movements, explore modifications and progressions, and focus in on the quality of your movement.
You’ll get set up to add weight to your lifts, stay injury free, and maximize your potential in the gym!
