The most effective way to attain your health and fitness goals is with one-on-one personal training at CrossFit Humanity.
You’ll work with our coaches to help you learn safe, effective technique in the gym. You’ll work on improving your strength, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, and focus in on your weaknesses. You’ll learn how to properly stretch and mobilize, and begin to better understand your body.
One-on-one sessions are highly recommended if you have significant injuries or physical limitations, have been sedentary for a long time, or need an individualized training program for a specific event.
