Did you miss out on Bootcamp the last time around?
Fear not! Starting on May 9th, we will be offering another round of our awesome 8 week fitness bootcamp, led by our very own Coach Alan! Last time around, our participants saw HUGE improvements in their fitness tests and lost an average of 10lbs and between 1-2 inches on arms, hips, and thighs.
Don’t miss out this time around – commit for 8 weeks to trying something new and see what you can push yourself to do!
Starts: May 9th, 2017
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday 7:00pm and Saturday 8:30am
Pricing: $175 for members, $350 for non-members.
Workouts: Metcon focused: There will be cardio drills, kettlebells dumbbells, bodyweights, agility work, plyometrics, wall balls, sleds, and more. We’ll focus on form, technique, and core stability. There will be a specific core warm up to get everyone stabilized and warm, as well as targeted stretching and mobility at the end.
Online Support: The bootcamp will include online support via a private FB group which Alan will run. This will include nutrition information, resources for recovery, mobility, stretching, etc, and group encouragement and accountability for everyone participating. There will be group prompts/questions/answers/discussions led by Alan in this group daily throughout the 8 week period.
Measuring Progress: We will be measuring progress in a variety of ways for this group. We’ll do body measurements, weight, a benchmark workout series in the first and last class of the 8 week period.
Current members are welcome (and encouraged!) to join, and we’re offering a reduced rate for members who wish to rock the bootcamp classes in addition to their CF membership. The workouts will be accessible to quite a wide variety of people – not just already pretty fit people- so please think about who you know that might be interested.
Since the bootcamp is being run separately from the regular gym programming, it is NOT included in the regular membership price. There are no drop-ins allowed for bootcamp. Anyone who wants to participate needs to commit to the 8 week program.
